Robin R. Penner, Ph.D. (CEO)
Dr. Penner brings formal training in cognitive psychology, linguistics, engineering, and robotics to Iterativity. Dr. Penner has over 20 years of industry experience in artificial intelligence, usability engineering, and software engineering, primarily applied to the design and implementation of experimental adaptive systems. She has been responsible for numerous advances in the automated design of user interfaces, and is currently involved in research supporting the use of shared cognitive models for agents and humans in mixed-initiative systems.
Erik S. Steinmetz, M.S. (CFO)
Erik Steinmetz has formal training in artificial intelligence, computer science, philosophy, and mathematics. Mr. Steinmetz is Iterativity's lead software architect, with over five years of experience in object-oriented design and development. He is an expert in integrated UML/Java implementation.
